Get to Know me
It is more than 20 years ago, I decided to make my life in Tarifa, southern Spain. I was always fascinated by the unspoilt beauty of the area and remained infatuated with the fantastic region, which shaped my subsequent years both personally and professionally.
At a young age, I worked as a horse trekking guide in Tarifa. Interested in the background of communication between animals and humans, I dedicated two and a half years to studying ethology/animal behaviour therapy.
As the study of wild animals is essential and very informative for understanding the complex theory of behaviour, further training followed in South Africa in the management of a nature park with subsequent internships.
After a further four years of study, I obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Technology. In order to strengthen the inspiring and therapeutic effect of communication between animals and humans in my environment, I completed further training in Germany with the European Association of Horse Assisted Education to become an EAHAE communication trainer.
For several years I have been a student and an active member of teaching programmes, master programmes and clinics of Academic Horsemanship, which explores the horse mentally and physically in a comprehensive, individual and fair way.
I continue to be accompanied on my journey in equine matters and personal development by empathetic and incredibly competent trainers.
